Analysis of Multi Muon Events

A short investigation of the response of the two trigger systems to multi-muons should shows their basic capabilities.

Using the single muon efficiencies of the two systems in the tables 4-6 we can calculate the respective multi-muon efficiencies by multiplying the probabilities. These values do not show major differences to our actual measurements in tables 4-6. We conclude therefore, that no specific additional losses can be seen.

In addition because of the lower single muon efficiency of DTBX compared to RPC we note an increasing difference in the efficiencies of the two systems for multi-muon events.
